Panna cotta is a great delicacy that came to us from Italy. Translation from Italian sounds like "boiled cream." The dessert is made from cream, sugar and vanilla. Previously, panna cotta was prepared without sugar, as it was expensive and fish bones were added to the dessert instead of gelatin. The traditional color of panna cotta is white, but you can make it any way you like.
