Canned tuna vegetable salad recipe
Boil beans in salted water for 5 minutes. After the beans have cooled, remove all tails.
Grate the lime zest and squeeze the juice out of it. Cut the avocado into 2 parts, peel and remove the stone. Cut the avocado pulp into cubes and sprinkle with lime juice.
Wash and dry the rest of the vegetables. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 parts, cut the cucumbers into half circles. We disassemble the frieze into leaves and tear them with our hands. Arugula leaves are cut into 2 parts.
We put all the greens in a salad bowl and season everything with oil, pepper, salt and vinegar. Mix and let stand for 10 minutes.
Now add chopped cherry tomatoes, cucumber, beans, lime zest and avocado. Mix everything again.
We complete the preparation of the salad by adding tuna. We drain the excess liquid from the jar, take it out and disassemble the fish into small pieces, after which we add it to the salad. Mix everything and serve immediately!
