Ingredients
  • 1 head of onion
  • 10 ml vegetable oil
  • 200 grams of tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Small bunch of parsley and dill
  • 500 grams of zucchini
  • 100 grams of carrots
  • 2 chicken eggs

 We wash all the vegetables, peel the carrots and pass through a coarse grater.

Peel the onion and chop finely enough.

We pass the vegetables over low heat using vegetable oil.

Peel and cut the zucchini into cubes, then add to the vegetables. Simmer the zucchini for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly soft.

We cut the tomatoes and send them to the vegetables, simmer for another 5 minutes, until the zucchini is completely cooked.

Beat chicken eggs and pour them over the casserole, mix everything well and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.

Close the pan with a lid and wait until the eggs are cooked.

Wash and chop dill and parsley.

Sprinkle the finished casserole with herbs and serve.
