Recipe for cooking vegetables against stress. vegetable cooking recipes

1

Peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater, fry in butter, cool.

2

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

3

Add the yolks, chopped dill, salt and separately beaten egg whites to the carrot mass.

4

Place baking paper on a baking sheet, brush with oil and sprinkle with grated cheese. Lay out the carrot mass. Bake the cake at 200°C in the oven until golden brown. Let the finished cake cool down.

5

Put any filling on a slightly warm cake and roll up. Refrigerate the roll before serving.

6

I clean the bulbs, cut off the tops and carefully, trying not to damage the bulbs, take out the middle. I finely chop the middle, pass it on vegetable oil.

7

I pass meat and liver through a meat grinder. I add sautéed onions. Salt and pepper to taste.

8

I stuff the onions with the minced meat, put them in a saucepan. I fill it with thick meat broth and simmer a little over low heat. Then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in a preheated oven.
