Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 100 g leeks
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 100 g cheese
  • lettuce leaves

The open cheese pie is very tasty and nutritious. It takes 1 to 2 hours to prepare.

To begin with, we will make the dough, for this we sift the flour and mix with butter and salt. Mix everything well and put the dough in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

While the dough is cooling, cut the onion into strips and fry until half cooked in vegetable oil.

Mix eggs with milk.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

After the dough has cooled, spread it on the form. We spread the fried onions on the dough, sprinkle everything with cheese and pour the mixture of milk and eggs. Sprinkle with herbs as decoration.

Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees and put the cake in it. We bake for 20-25 minutes.
