Ingredients
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Duck breast - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • White beans - 1 cup
  • Puff pastry - 500 grams
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Philadelphia cheese - 200 grams
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
Philadelphia cheese and tender duck breast add amazing flavor to the open meat pie.

Soak the beans for 1 hour, then boil until almost cooked, leaving a little hard.

We take puff pastry and roll it into an even layer, the size should be slightly larger than the baking dish.

Transfer the rolled out dough to the mold and form small sides.

Peel potatoes and carrots.

Garlic cloves, potatoes, carrots, onions and duck breast cut into small pieces as you like.

Heat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the garlic and onion in it, then add the potatoes and carrots. 10 minutes later, add beans and duck breast. Simmer for 6-8 minutes, stirring all the time.

We scald the tomatoes, pour cold water over them, remove the skin from them and cut them into cubes.

Add chopped tomatoes, salt, your favorite spices and bay leaf to the pan. Simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.

Mix the egg with cheese and add to the pan, then remove from heat.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the cake into it for about 20 minutes.
