Oyster mushroom chops

- 300 g fresh mushrooms (oyster mushrooms)
- 1 bulb
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 2 chicken eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- pinch of ground black pepper
Recipe for oyster mushroom chops
1. Preparation of sour cream and onion sauce.
The onion is peeled off the husk, and rubbed on a grater. 4 tablespoons of sour cream, a pinch of salt and pepper (to taste) are also added here.
2. Fresh oyster mushrooms can be lightly washed with water, then dried with a towel and spread with a thick layer of sauce on the inside. The marinating process will take 3-4 hours, and even better is to leave the mushrooms in the refrigerator overnight. Thus, the impregnated mushrooms become much more elastic, more tender.
3. For frying mushrooms, you need 2 plates with flour and lightly beaten eggs, a frying pan with oil heated over moderate heat.
4. Roll each mushroom in flour, then in turn a plate with eggs.
5. Fry until a pleasant golden color appears.
Excess oil is easily removed by blotting the finished mushrooms with a paper towel / napkin
Chops will delight "mushroom-eaters" both warm and cold, and an unusual sauce will give a uniquely delicate taste that gourmets will appreciate!
