- 1 kg pork tenderloin
- 300 g mayonnaise
- 300 g hard cheese
- 10 garlic cloves
- Vegetable oil (for greasing the pan)
- Basil greens, salt, ground black pepper (everything to taste)
In this recipe you will learn how to cook pork chops in the oven . This is a very hearty dish, it will take you about 40 minutes to cook.

Wash and dry the pork well.
