- 0.5 kg beef
- 2 eggs
- 25 g sunflower oil
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- Ground black pepper and salt to taste
Recipe for beef chops in batter
We cut a piece of beef into 6-8 parts, cut along the fibers.
We put the pieces of meat on a cutting board and carefully beat off on both sides. After beating, pepper and salt our meat.
Now we begin to prepare the batter for beef chops, for this we beat the eggs in a bowl to form a homogeneous mass. Take a separate bowl and pour the breadcrumbs into it.
We dip each of the pieces of beef chop into the eggs, after which, after allowing the excess eggs to drain from the meat, we roll them well in breadcrumbs.
If the layer is not thick enough, you can repeat the previous steps, that is, dip the beef chops again in eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
We heat the pan well and fry our beef chops in batter in sunflower oil, under a loose lid.
Fry the chops for 10-15 minutes on each side, it all depends on the thickness of the pieces.
When the first crust forms, the fire should be reduced.
When the chops in batter are ready, turn off the heat, close the lid and let it steam for 10 minutes.
