  • 3 eggs
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • 1 large tomato
  • 50 grams of parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 20 grams of fresh herbs
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
Omelet is a favorite dish of all home cooking. Both adults and children love to eat it for breakfast. There are a great many variations of this dish, so making an omelet is a creative process. A big plus is that it is prepared very quickly with any composition.

Recipe for omelet with tomatoes and cheese

Whisk the milk and eggs well in a suitable bowl. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a deep skillet and pour in the egg mixture. Keep fire to a minimum. When the omelet thickens slightly, sprinkle it with herbs.

Peeled tomatoes cut into thin slices and spread evenly throughout the omelet. After a few minutes, sprinkle the omelette with grated cheese. Once the cheese has melted well, fold the omelette in half and fry for a few minutes. Then turn the resulting envelope over to the other side and fry it.

The omelet is ready. Before serving, sprinkle it with grated cheese and herbs.
