- 200 milliliters of milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 400 grams of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon sesame
- 30 grams of fresh herbs
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
This omelette recipe is very easy to prepare, the time spent on cooking it does not exceed 20 minutes. At the same time, it turns out to be satisfying, tasty and very useful. In a suitable bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly, season with salt and pour in the milk, mix everything well and gradually add the flour, whisking thoroughly so that lumps do not form. Wash greens, dry and finely chop.

Wash the broccoli thoroughly and send for 4 minutes in boiling salted water. Next, divide the broccoli into inflorescences and send to a frying pan heated with oil, add sesame seeds to the pan. Fry for 5 minutes, then pour the egg mixture into the pan.

Season with pepper and herbs. Place the omelette in the hot oven for about 10 minutes.
