In Japan, this dish is considered a classic and even a measure of the chef's skill. The omelette also has a second name - tamago. Often it can be found as part of a variety of temaki, rolls and sushi. Below is a traditional recipe for this dish, which you can easily cook in your kitchen.

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk, and then pour the resulting mass into a pan with vegetable oil. Set your stove to medium heat. Watch the frying process so that the food does not burn. After a while, slightly reduce the flame of the burner. Once the omelet is ready, gently roll it into a roll. Using a spatula to help you, remove the omelette from the pan and place it on a flat dish or cutting board to cool. The roll can also be rolled during the cooking process, but this requires special dishes. At the end, wrap the Japanese omelet in makisu. This will give the dish the right shape.
