Fritters for breakfast

Fritters for breakfast
Ingredients
  • Flour - 2 cups
  • Serum - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Raisins - 1 handful
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • Soda - 1/3 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt - 1 pinch
Few people have the strength to refuse air pancakes for breakfast. Only a really courageous person can do this, but I don’t have such willpower, besides, the whey from the preliminary production of cheese has been in the refrigerator for a week, which has already gained strength and is ready to “fertilize” any dough.

Recipe for pancakes for breakfast

1

Heat the whey above room temperature.

2

Put sugar, salt, egg in a bowl and mix 4-5 times with a spoon.

3

Pour the whey into the mixture, extinguish the soda with vinegar and pour into a bowl, stirring 2-3 times with a spoon.

4

Add flour and raisins to the mixture, and while the mixture foams, begin to place in large movements to get a non-uniform, torn dough.

5

The dough is ready for baking.

6

Heat the pan over high heat, add oil and a tablespoon, helping with another spoon or knife, put the dough in portions into the pan.

7

Cover the pan with a lid and bake for 2 minutes until golden brown.

8

Turn the fritters over, cover, reduce the heat to medium and bake for 3 minutes until browned.

9

During this time, the pancakes should rise.
