Ingredients
  • 200 gr. wheat flour
  • 120 gr. cornmeal
  • 7 gr. baking powder dough
  • 50 gr. Sahara
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 20 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 chicken egg

Mix corn and wheat flour, add salt, sugar and baking powder.

We take a separate bowl and mix vegetable oil with milk and an egg in it.

Gradually pour the flour mixture into the milk mixture, pour it in gradually so that lumps do not form. Mix everything well to get a completely homogeneous mass without lumps.
