Zucchini pancakes
Ingredients
  • Zucchini - 800 grams
  • Flour - 10 tablespoons
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil - as needed
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Greens - to taste
The recipe for zucchini pancakes differs from the traditional recipe, perhaps only in the presence of zucchini. Remove the zucchini and you have classic pancakes.

We wash and clean the zucchini, and then pass through a fine grater. You can also cut and pass through a meat grinder. If in your case large zucchini are caught, then you need to remove the seeds.

We wash and finely chop the greens, then add to the zucchini.

Crack the eggs and mix everything well.

Add 10 heaping tablespoons of flour, pepper and salt to taste. We mix everything again. The mass should be a little viscous, something in between, not thick and not liquid.

We heat the pan with oil and fry the pancakes on both sides for 5-7 minutes.
