Ingredients
  • 300 gr. green onion
  • 1.5 liters of kvass
  • 1.5 liters of ayran
  • 4-5 boiled chicken eggs
  • 500 gr. fresh cucumbers
  • 500 gr. dill
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 5-6 radishes
  • 300 gr. sausages or boiled meat
  • Sour cream and mayonnaise - to taste

We cut the vegetables into cubes, finely chop the greens. Radish in okroshka on kvass is added at will, you can not use it. To make okroshka saturated, put more greens.

Cut boiled eggs and meat (sausage).

If you are not going to eat all the okroshka on kvass in 1 sitting, then it is better not to combine all the ingredients at once. Greens and meat are best stored in different containers, so they last for a longer period.

Now we put eggs, vegetables and meat on a plate, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and sour cream. Salt, pepper and pour okroshka with kvass and ayran.
