Ingredients
  • Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • White bread - 50 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Low fat yogurt - 500 grams
  • Onion - 1 small or half a large head
  • Walnuts - 150 grams
  • Mineral water - 100 ml
  • Mint
  • green onion
  • Pepper
  • Salt
It would seem that you can cook from ordinary cucumbers, but there are a lot of recipes for a variety of soups, sauces and even lemonade. Today we will cook cucumber soup, which will be a great treat on hot summer days. The soup will be doubly delicious if you use fresh cucumbers, just picked from the garden.

We clean the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes.

Beat in a blender until a homogeneous mixture of nuts along with bread, mint, garlic and onions.

We mix the contents of the blender with yogurt, add chopped cucumbers and mineral water.

Salt and pepper to taste, mix everything.

Before serving, pour the cucumber soup into bowls and garnish with fresh onions and walnuts.
