Recipe for cucumber rolls and hemp
Recommendation: if the cucumbers are small, then you can cook the so-called "stumps", if they are long, then it is better to make this dish in the form of rolls. Let's say that we have both those and those in the recipe.
1. Cut long cucumbers into thin strips.
2. We cut short cucumbers into sticks (1-1.5 cm). We remove the pulp from them with a noisette, making a hole in each piece.
Noisette is a spherical spoon with a pointed edge, which is used to easily cut balls from the pulp of fruits and vegetables. If this device is not available, carefully use an ordinary teaspoon
3. In the meantime, it is already desirable to boil water, salt it and throw in the shrimp. Then, after boiling them a little, remove the pan from the stove, let it stand for a while. Then, after a few minutes, put the shrimp in a colander.
4. Finely chop the dill sprigs and mix with cottage cheese.
5. Once the shrimp have cooled, chop them finely and add to the cheese mass (step 4).
6. It's time to spread the cucumber strips and fill the "stumps":
a) Put salmon and a ball of stuffing equal to 1 teaspoon on a cucumber strip.
b) To fill the "hemp" it is necessary to roll the ball from the filling so that it can fit in the hole. Top with shrimp.
