Ingredients
  • 3 kg cucumbers
  • 1 l vinegar 6%
  • 800 g sugar
  • 7 currant leaves
  • 4 tbsp. salt
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 heads of garlic
  • parsley root
  • peppercorns
  • Greens (parsley and dill)

Mix vinegar, salt and sugar and bring to a boil. Then, in the resulting marinade, place cucumbers, chopped carrots, garlic, bell peppers cut into slices and currant leaves. Boil for 5 minutes. After that, cucumbers, peppers and carrots are removed from the container and placed in sterilized jars. Add spices (bay leaf, chopped parsley root, herbs).

Boil the remaining marinade, then add the bay leaf and peppercorns. Pour cucumbers with marinade and roll up. Then turn the jars over, wrap and leave to cool completely.
