Recipe for several dishes of Indian cuisine
Fill a capacious frying pan with vegetable oil, put it on medium heat and, when the oil starts to boil, pour in the onion, which needs to be cut into smaller pieces, and fry it for five to six minutes until golden brown. Send three crushed garlic cloves, a spicy mixture of garam masala (one and a half to two tablespoons without peas) and half a teaspoon of chili pepper there. After three minutes, a persistent aroma will appear. This means that you can send the mixture, or rather only half, to a separate container. Let it cool down.
To the remaining vegetables with spices, send four grams of canned tomatoes and two tablespoons of tomato paste. Stir. Now it should be stewed for five minutes, after which pour three hundred milliliters of coconut milk. As soon as it boils, remove the pan from the heat, covering it with a lid. Cut the onion, fry it. Then add the same small pieces of bell pepper and chopped garlic to it. Throw in a whole can of canned beans and a can of tomato paste. The dish turns out tastier if there are small pieces of tomatoes in the pasta.
When this mixture has cooled, put five hundred grams of minced lamb to it, add one beaten chicken egg and finely chopped herbs. Use your hands to mix it well and then form into balls. Usually thirty things are obtained from this amount. Cover with a lid or cling film, place in the refrigerator for thirty minutes. Add salt, pepper, any spices that you like, and let it simmer for five to seven minutes. It remains only to throw greens to the lobio.
In the meantime, take care of the tomato sauce, which should boil over high heat. Put frozen meat balls in it, close the lid again, send it to the stove to simmer for sixty minutes. The sauce should thicken. Sometimes you have to stir it. Squeeze lime juice into a saucepan.
Serve generously sprinkled with mint leaves and garnish with rice or pasta.

Ingredients:
