Nalistniki with cottage cheese

- Five chicken eggs
- 2.5 cups sugar
- 700 ml cow's milk
- Two glasses of flour
- ¼ cup sunflower oil
- 500 grams of cottage cheese
- 100 grams of butter
- For serving sour cream, jam
- Vanillin optional
Recipe for nalistniki with cottage cheese
To prepare pancakes, do the following: beat eggs with sugar and salt, add one glass of milk, flour and beat everything again until smooth, then add the remaining milk, vegetable oil and mix again. Then grease the pan with oil, split it and bake thin pancakes.
Now you need to prepare the filling, for this, beat the eggs, sugar and cottage cheese until creamy. You can add vanilla if you like.
Next, spread one tablespoon of the filling on each pancake. The filling should be laid out in the center of the pancake, and then smeared all over the pancake. Then roll the pancake into a tube and cut diagonally into pieces, the thickness of which should be approximately three cm. Put all the pancakes in a container, and place pieces of butter between the pancakes. After that, heat the oven to 60C and put pancakes in it for two hours. To speed up the cooking process, you can simply fry the pancakes in butter in a pan, in which case they form a crispy crust. Serve ready-made cottage cheese pancakes with jam or sour cream.
