- 1/2 liter of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 glass of poppy
- 50 grams of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of soda
Recipe for nalistniki with poppy seeds
In a suitable bowl, combine all the dry ingredients for the preparation of the dough. Combine salt, soda and sugar with eggs and grind everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add milk and mix thoroughly. Gradually, in small portions, we introduce flour, until the dough becomes the desired consistency.
Let's start baking pancakes, it is better if you use a special pancake pan, but if one is not available, any oiled one will do. We stack the finished pancakes on top of each other to cool down.
To prepare the filling, you need a coffee grinder or mortar, in which you need to grind the poppy seeds together with sugar. Next, melt the butter in a water bath and send it to the poppy seed filling, mix everything thoroughly. The amount of butter you can determine to your taste.
Then proceed to the formation of the sheets. Wrap the filling in each and you can serve. As a more high-calorie option, you can put all the pancakes in a saucepan in layers on each of which put small pieces of butter and lightly steam over low heat.
