- 500 milliliters of milk
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 500 grams of mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Recipe for nalistniki with mushrooms
Mix the eggs with salt well in a suitable bowl. Next, pour milk into them, mix thoroughly and add flour in large portions. Mix the dough well and start baking pancakes.
In a special pancake pan, if there is one, we bake pancakes each, baking until a beautiful golden color. Stack the pancakes and leave to cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Wash mushrooms and onions thoroughly and chop. The coarseness of slicing mushrooms is a matter of taste. You can finely chop with a knife, or you can place onions and mushrooms (in turn) in a blender bowl and chop with this device.
In a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, first fry the onion well, and then add the mushrooms to it and fry until the vegetables are fully cooked. Salt and pepper to taste.
Next, you can proceed to the formation of nalistniks. To do this, put the filling in the middle of each pancake and roll it up at your discretion with a tube or an envelope. You can serve this appetizer sprinkled with grated cheese with sour cream and herbs.
