- Pork tenderloin - 500 gr.
- 300 gr. mushrooms
- Onion - 1 head
- Sour cream with garlic and herbs - 250 gr.
- Hard cheese - 100 gr.
- Vegetable oil - 10 gr.
- Spices, pepper and salt - to taste
French meat recipe
We cut the pork into pieces 2 centimeters thick, it is necessary to cut against the fibers. Now we beat off the meat a little using a special hammer. Salt, pepper and add the necessary spices for meat.
Wash mushrooms in cold water, then chop.
Peel and cut onions into half rings.
We grease the baking sheet with oil, put the pork on it, put a layer of mushrooms on top so that they completely cover the meat, and lay out the onion half rings.
Now pour everything with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
We send our meat in French to the oven, which should already be preheated to 200-220 degrees. We bake the meat at this temperature for 30-40 minutes, until clear juice flows out of the pork. You can also check the readiness of pork using a fork or knife.
