- 700 grams minced meat

- 3 garlic cloves
- 200 grams of cheese
- 100 grams of sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise

Recipe for cooking meat casserole with potatoes
First, prepare the potatoes, pre-peeled and washed, cut it into medium slices. Onion cut into large half rings. Combine one part of the onion with potatoes, season with salt and spices and add sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.
In the prepared heat-resistant form, greased with vegetable oil, put the potato mass.
Prepare the minced meat, turn the pork and beef taken in equal parts with a meat grinder, also scroll the onion and garlic. Season the mince with salt and pepper and mix well.
Spread the mince in an even layer over the potato mixture. Prepare the tomatoes, cut them a little and dip them in boiling water, remove the skin and cut into thin slices. Cover the minced meat with tomato slices and lightly salt. Spread the top layer of the casserole a little with mayonnaise or sour cream. Spread the grated cheese in a thick layer over the entire casserole. Cover the form with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Bake the dish for 50 minutes. Ha 10 minutes before the end of the time, remove the foil so that the cheese turns into a beautiful crisp. The casserole is ready, you can serve it to the table.
