Minced meat casserole

- 1 kilogram of meat
- 2 medium onion heads
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 grams of celery
- 1 chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Recipe for minced meat casserole
The first step is to prepare the minced meat. To do this, wash and dry the meat with a paper towel. It is better to use pork and beef in equal proportions. Next, grind the meat with a meat grinder and place the finished minced meat in a suitable deep bowl.
Add minced onion and garlic to the minced meat. If desired, finely chopped celery, bell peppers or mushrooms can be added to the minced meat. Minced meat should be thoroughly mixed.
Next, add the egg to the minced meat. If after mixing it turns out that the minced meat is a little dry, add another egg or pour in a little milk.
The next step is to season the base of the casserole with salt, pepper and spices. Next, add flour and breading and knead the minced meat thoroughly.
Put the base of the casserole into the prepared form, if desired, you can give it the shape of a roll, or you can level it in shape giving it a classic look. Send the form to a well-heated oven and bake until a beautiful golden crust forms. Serve this dish with any sauce.
