- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sour cream (with a high percentage of fat) - 50 g
- cheese (you can use any) - up to 100 g
- butter (butter) - 20 g
- breadcrumbs (alternative flour) - 1-2 tbsp. l.
- salt, dill - to taste
Recipe for sea scallops in puff pastry

1. Defrost the dough and scallops.
!! Do not defrost scallops in water, microwave. It is best to move them from the freezer to the regular refrigerator compartment.
2. Roll out the puff pastry fairly thinly and evenly, then cut into squares.
3. Grease the molds with butter. Then sprinkle with some breadcrumbs. Lay out the dough and cover with parchment, pressing peas or beans on top (as a weight). Bake at a temperature of 200 ° until a crust appears.
4. Beat eggs with salt and sour cream.
5. Remove parchment and weight from dough blanks. Pour in the egg mass and lay out the scallops.
