Ingredients
  • 500 gr. scallops
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200 gr. bean glass noodles
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 60 gr. butter
The recipe for scallops came to us from Asian cuisine. This dish is not difficult to prepare, however, very tasty.

Heat up a frying pan with a little oil. When the oil boils, put the scallops in the pan and fry them until a light golden hue appears. You need to fry on both sides.

Chop the garlic cloves finely enough and add to the pan to the scallops, also add soy sauce and oil to the pan, then reduce the heat and continue to simmer for 10 minutes under a closed lid.

Take note: if you come across salty soy sauce, then you need to take a little less of it. You need to navigate according to your taste.
