Young potatoes cooked with garlic and sour cream are very fragrant and tasty. You need not just pour sour cream on the potatoes, but make a special filling, as well as sprinkle everything with dill and garlic.

We scrape off the skin from the young potato, wash it and put it on the stove to boil in slightly salted water.
