- 600 g pineapple "gold"
- 300 g Thai mango
- 20 g red chili pepper
- 500 g fresh cucumbers
- 300 g sweet green pepper
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 10 g fresh ginger
- 120 g lime
- 100 g olive oil
- 5 pieces. tiger prawns
- 500 g avocado
- cilantro and dill for garnish

Remove seeds from cucumbers.

Peel the avocado and drizzle with lime juice. Cut pre-processed vegetables and fruits into one and a half centimeter cubes. Finely chop red chili and ginger.

Boil tiger prawns.

Prepare the sauce by mixing olive oil and lime juice.

Put fruits and vegetables on a large dish, put shrimp on top. Garnish with dill and cilantro sprigs. Drizzle with sauce.
