Multicolor salad with tiger prawns and avocado
Ingredients
  • 600 g pineapple "gold"
  • 300 g Thai mango
  • 20 g red chili pepper
  • 500 g fresh cucumbers
  • 300 g sweet green pepper
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 120 g lime
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 5 pieces. tiger prawns
  • 500 g avocado
  • cilantro and dill for garnish

Remove seeds from cucumbers.

Peel the avocado and drizzle with lime juice. Cut pre-processed vegetables and fruits into one and a half centimeter cubes. Finely chop red chili and ginger.

Boil tiger prawns.

Prepare the sauce by mixing olive oil and lime juice.

Put fruits and vegetables on a large dish, put shrimp on top. Garnish with dill and cilantro sprigs. Drizzle with sauce.
