Recipe for fried pollock with onions
The first step is to prepare the fish. It must be thoroughly washed, freed from the insides, if their remains are present in the fish, wiped with a paper towel and cut into portions. Next, you need to season the fish with salt, spices and aromatic herbs.
Pour the flour into a suitable bowl, bread each piece of fish in it and send it to fry in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil. It is necessary to fry the fish until a beautiful golden crust forms on both sides.
While the fish is frying, you need to start preparing the onions. It must be cut into large half rings. Next, you can send the onion immediately to the pan with the fish and fry for a few minutes. But it is better to fry it until golden brown separately from the fish, but in the same pan where the pollock was fried. When the onion is ready, send the finished fish to it and hold the pan on the fire for a few more minutes.
For such fish, you can cook any side dish to your taste, vegetable or from any cereal. In order to get rid of excess fat, before serving, you can put the pieces of fish on a paper towel for a few minutes.
