Honey cake without cakes

Honey cake without cakes
Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 200 ml 15% sour cream
  • 2 cups of flour
  • soda 1 tsp + 1 tbsp vinegar
  • sour cream 350 ml
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • 100 gr walnuts
This recipe was suggested to me by my friend from Dnepropetrovsk, Irochka, when I asked her a completely banal question: “Do you know any inexpensive and original cake recipe?”. I did not change the wonderful idea of \u200b\u200bdigging a “well” in the cake, but I slightly changed the proportions of the ingredients. All the charm and originality of this pastry is that the honey cake turns out to be very juicy (“wet”), it soaks super quickly, and it is not at all difficult to cook it.

Recipe for honey cake without cakes

1

Beat eggs with sugar until smooth.

2

Add sour cream, honey, flour and soda slaked with vinegar.

3

We line the form with parchment, grease with oil (any refined), I also sprinkle the bottom and sides of the form with semolina. So the crust will be denser, then you will understand why we need it. Roll out the dough (photo). We put in the oven for 30-40 minutes (temp. 200 gr). We check the readiness, as always, with a dry, clean toothpick.

4

While the cake is baking, make a simple and tasty cream: mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Stir until the last grain of sugar dissolves.

5

We release the finished cake from parchment, take a spoon with thin edges and begin to pick out the whole crumb (photo). This is the little secret that makes the cake soak instantly. The crust must remain intact!

6

We lay all the pieces (big knead) in the cream, mix.

7

We dump the mass back - into the preserved crust.

8

We tamp, pour over the top with melted chocolate or any other fudge.

Everything, our unusual and fast honey cake, photo, is ready! My kids just love this dessert. Hope you like it too!
