Beef medallion recipe
To make beef medallions softer, beat them lightly before cooking.
We wrap each of the medallions with bacon and fix it with a rope. Salt and pepper, you can also use your favorite spices for meat.
Heat up a frying pan, add olive oil and spread the medallions. Press the meat well and fry in this way for two minutes. Turn the meat over and fry for another 2 minutes on the other side. It is necessary to fry beef medallions in one place, without moving, this will allow you to get a very tasty fried crust.
Now fry the meat from the edges for 1-2 minutes. Add butter and crushed garlic to the pan. Drizzle the medallions with oil.
Now add onion to the beef, previously cut into half rings. Cook for a few more minutes until the onion is golden brown. Drizzle the beef medallions with the resulting sauce.
We sprinkle beef with cognac or rum, set it on fire and wait until the alcohol burns out.
