Ingredients
  • 500 grams of onion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 pinch of red and black peppers
  • 1 pinch of spices
Boiled pork in such a marinade will appeal to all lovers of spicy food. Salt is not needed, but pepper and onion are the basis of the marinade. If desired, you can supplement the recipe by adding salt, various spices and herbs. The marinade is designed for a piece of meat weighing half a kilogram.

We prepare and chop the onion, you can finely chop it, or you can chop it with a blender. Mix onion with vegetable oil.

We add the bay leaf broken into several parts, spices, as an option, you can use hops - suneli, as well as red and black peppers, mix everything well.

We place the meat in a suitable dish and pour the marinade. We send the bowl to the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Meat should be baked with onions.

Marinade is easy to prepare, and thanks to it boiled pork turns out juicy and fragrant.
