Semolina porridge with coconut
Ingredients
  • 500 ml milk
  • 20 gr. granulated sugar
  • 20 gr. coconut flakes
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 60 gr. semolina
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Many do not like semolina, especially children, and in vain, because semolina contains a lot of useful elements necessary for the proper growth of a child. Semolina porridge cooked with the addition of coconut flakes turns out to be quite tasty, so it will definitely be completely eaten!

Pour milk into a saucepan and put it on fire.

Measure the required amount of cereals on the basis that 3 full teaspoons of semolina are needed for 1 glass of milk, and 1 tablespoon of sugar is needed for 1 glass of milk.

Mix semolina with sugar in a glass so that no lumps form.

When the milk in the saucepan boils, reduce the heat to low and pour the contents of the glass into the saucepan.

Now that the semolina is all poured out, start stirring all the time in a circular motion for 5 minutes, until the grits thicken.

Turn off the heat and let the porridge steam a little more, 5-10 minutes will be enough.

Serve semolina porridge by adding 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes.
