- Flour - 2 cups
- Margarine - 150 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons
- Soda - 1/2 teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1.5 teaspoons
- Onion - 1 kg
- Mushrooms (if desired) - 100-200 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Sour cream - 1 cup
- Cheese (if desired) - 50 g
- Oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Ground spices: black pepper, nutmeg, bay leaf - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Melt margarine in a water bath or in a microwave and cool to room temperature (so that eggs and sour cream do not curl).
Add sour cream, eggs, salt to margarine and stir until a homogeneous mixture.
Quench the soda with vinegar and add to the mixture.
Pour flour into the mixture and knead a thick dough.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for a few hours to chill well.
Cut the onion into half rings and stir-fry with a tablespoon of oil in a wide frying pan.
Wash the mushrooms, cut into thin slices and add to the onion when it turns white and starts to turn pink.
Stew the onion with mushrooms for a few more minutes until slightly browned, but do not overcook.
Remove the onion and mushrooms from the stove and leave to cool.
Beat eggs, sour cream, salt, spices with a whisk in a bowl and add to the chilled onion.
Turn on the oven to warm up to 200-210 ° C. Grease a frying pan or a form Ø 23-25 cm with oil.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out with a rolling pin in the shape of a pan, but slightly larger than its diameter so that you can create sides, and 1-1.5 cm thick.
Pour the filling into the formed dough, carefully trim the side with a fork if it protrudes too much from the filling.
Bake for 40 minutes until the dough is golden brown and the filling is toasted.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle the pie and leave in the oven for 1 minute.
