Ingredients
- 800 gr. salmon fillet (suitable for chum salmon, sockeye salmon, trout, salmon)
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 300 ml cream - 10-11%
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 10 gr. dill
- 10 gr. tarragon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- half a lemon
- 3 egg yolks
- 10 gr. fresh green basil
- 10 gr. parsley
Salmon cooked according to this recipe is quite tasty and refined. Such a dish is not ashamed to present even on the festive table. As fish, you can use not only salmon, but also other types of fish.
Recipe for salmon baked with herb sauce

Cut the salmon meat into slices 5 centimeters wide. Transfer the slices to a suitable baking dish. We lay the fish tightly, otherwise the sauce may not be enough.

Salt and sprinkle the fillet with lemon juice.

Mix the egg yolks with the cream in a bowl.

Cut all the greens finely enough and pour it into the egg-cream mixture. In the same bowl, grate the zest of the lemon, and also add the mustard.

We fill our salmon fillet with this herbal sauce and send the form to the oven, which we preheated to 200 degrees.

Bake the salmon for 20-25 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Serve hot salmon.
