Salmon with avocado sauce
Ingredients
  • 600 gr. salmon
  • 100 gr. carrots
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 avocado
  • 125 ml natural yoghurt
  • 100 gr. onion
  • 10 pieces. allspice
  • ¼ lime
Salmon cooked with avocado sauce is very tasty, and most importantly, a healthy dish. Salmon is a fairly satisfying fish, so it is recommended to serve some kind of light salad as a side dish.

Recipe for salmon with avocado sauce

We clean the onion and cut into half rings, we also clean the carrots and cut into circles.

Pour water into a saucepan and put bay leaf, pepper, salt and chopped vegetables there. Bring the liquid to a boil and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove all bones from salmon meat. We shift the meat into a saucepan and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into small pieces.

Put the avocado slices in a blender, add the lime zest, as well as juice, yogurt and a little salt. We beat everything until smooth.

We remove the skin from the finished fish and put it on plates. Drizzle salmon with avocado sauce and serve.
