Ingredients
- Jacket potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Butter - 1 tbsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sauteed and chopped ham or bacon - 2-3 strips
- Finely chopped green onions - for garnish
- Grated cheese - 3 tbsp.
- Dill, parsley, basil - to taste
An original breakfast recipe using leftover potatoes from yesterday's dinner.
Potato boat recipe

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Carefully cut off the caps from all potatoes, scrape out the pulp with a spoon, and then put it on a plate.

In the resulting boats, put half a tablespoon (table) of oil and a full spoonful of grated cheese.

After that, divide the chopped green onions and bacon among the potatoes. Sprinkle with herbs for beauty to taste.

Crack an egg on top. Add pepper and salt. Sprinkle in extra cheese and bacon.

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until the egg whites are white. After that, remove the resulting dish from the oven and carefully sprinkle with plenty of herbs.
