Thanks to this, many familiar dishes acquire interesting taste qualities. For example, Georgian lobio can be prepared using fresh beans rather than dried beans.

Engage in the preparation of the beans, for this it is necessary to rinse and cut each pod in half. Next, put the beans in a suitable saucepan, fill with chicken broth and send to the stove. After the contents of the pan boil, add finely chopped onion to it. Simmer for at least 30 minutes over medium heat.

Next, send a small amount of ghee to the pan, then add the tomatoes cut into a medium cube. Continue to simmer for at least 15 minutes covered.

Beat the eggs in a bowl until foamy and pour them into the lobio, mix everything thoroughly and season with spices, salt and pepper. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with fresh, finely chopped herbs. It is recommended to eat lobio hot.
