  • Cucumbers - 1 medium cucumber
  • Lime or lemon - 1 pc.
  • Water - 200 ml.
  • Sugar or honey - to taste
As you probably already understood, not only salad can be prepared from ordinary cucumbers. Yesterday we cooked cucumber soup , and today we start making cucumber lemonade.

We clean and randomly cut the cucumber.

We shift it into a blender, pour 100 ml of water there and grind it.

We filter the resulting mixture.

Mix with the remaining water, add the juice of 1 lime or lemon, also add sugar or honey to taste.

Serve garnishing the lemonade with cucumber slices and fresh mint. Also don't forget to add ice.
