Lazy pizza in a pan
Snacks
- 100 grams - sour cream (or kefir);
- 1 piece - chicken egg;
- 200 grams - wheat flour;
- 1/4 teaspoon - baking soda;
- green onions, dill and parsley
- to taste - salt.
Recipe for cooking lazy pizza in a pan
The basis.
Break the egg into a deep bowl, add salt to taste and beat with a mixer. Then, continuing to whisk, add sour cream (kefir), soda and wheat flour. As a result, you should get a dough that is similar in consistency to dough for pancakes.
Filling.
Cut all the ingredients chosen for the filling into small pieces, cut the tomatoes into thin circles, and rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Pizza.
Preheat the pan, grease it with oil, pour the dough into it and spread it evenly over the surface.
Put the chopped filling on the dough, then the tomato slices, grease with a thin layer of mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put the pan on the fire and cover it with a lid. Cook the pizza on a low heat and do not open the lid during cooking. A lazy pizza is prepared in about 15 minutes.
Remove the finished pizza from the stove without opening the lid, let it stand for a few minutes, and then transfer it to a plate.
Sprinkle the pizza with finely chopped parsley before serving.
