So, first prepare the sauce. Pour milk into a clean frying pan and sprinkle with flour, salt. Stir thoroughly so that there are no lumps, do not bring to a boil over low heat, and leave until thickened.
After that, prepare minced meat. Fry the washed and chopped onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes or ketchup and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. While the minced meat is stewing, grate the cheese on a coarse grater and put it in the refrigerator.
Take out the baking dish and coat with fat, then take the sauce and spread the bottom with it, put a sheet of pita bread on it, minced meat on the pita bread and again spread the sauce and lightly sprinkle with cheese. Repeat as many times as you have pita sheets. Bake in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes and temperature: 180 - 190 degrees.
After the lasagna is ready, cut it into portions and garnish with fresh herbs.
