Chicken rolls in bacon
Ingredients
  • 600 gr. chicken fillet
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 pcs. red sweet pepper
  • 30 gr. dill
  • 20 ml vegetable oil
  • 150 gr. curd cheese
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 30 gr. parsley
Chicken rolls in bacon are quite beautiful in appearance, and most importantly, they are very tasty. Almost any ingredient can serve as a filler in this dish, it can be any cheese, greens, mushrooms, tomatoes and other products that will be in your refrigerator.

Cut chicken halves into 2 layers. Lightly beat off the fillet pieces, then pepper and salt.

We take curd cheese and grease fillet slices with it, in this case it is better to use Almette cream cheese.

Rinse the peppers, peel and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle the fillets with these cubes, also sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Gently roll the fillet into a roll, then wrap each roll with a strip of bacon.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and put our rolls on it, then send the form to the oven, which you must first preheat to 180 degrees.

Cook for 30 minutes. If you want to get a nice crust, you can turn on the grill mode a few minutes before being ready.
