Chicken Chops with Parmesan
Ingredients
  • Chicken breast - 2 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Flour - 40 grams
  • Breadcrumbs - 50 gr.
  • Olive oil - 80 ml
  • Parmesan - 25 gr. (can be replaced with any hard cheese)
  • Ketchup or tomato paste - 180 grams
  • Nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • Salt - to taste
Chicken chops are very tender and tasty, unlike pork or beef chops, chicken chops have a more delicate taste.

Recipe for Chicken Chops with Parmesan

Chicken chop is no more difficult to prepare than pork chop. Take the chicken breast and cut it into large pieces, then beat lightly on both sides. Beat carefully so as not to pierce the tender meat.

Break and stir the eggs. Dip the chop first in the eggs, then roll in the flour, and then place it back into the egg mixture. Now roll in breadcrumbs. We take the parmesan and pass it through a medium grater. Dip the chops in the grated cheese again. Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg and start the frying process.

Heat up a frying pan with the addition of olive oil, as soon as the oil boils, put the chicken meat in the frying pan. Continue frying the chops for 4 minutes on both sides. This time is enough for complete preparation.

Prepare your favorite side dish for chops, best paired with mashed potatoes. Arrange the chicken chops next to the side dish and serve with tomato paste or ketchup.
