- chicken fillet, medium size - 2 pcs.;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- kefir - 100 g;
- flour - 100 g;
- parsley, dill and green onions, 3 sprigs each;
- salt, spices - to taste.
There are several classic recipes for chicken cutlets. But one unknown craftsman changed the shape of the cutlets to a flat one, resulting in pancakes, and added new ingredients to the classic recipe. You will certainly like the result of this experiment.
Recipe for chicken pancakes with kefir cheese

First of all, you need to cut the fillet and cheese into small cubes 1x1 cm. Next, you need to mix all the ingredients until the resulting mass becomes homogeneous.

Pour vegetable oil into a not too deep frying pan and wait until it warms up. Pour the previously obtained mixture into the oil in the form of not too large fritters. Fritters must be fried over medium heat until golden brown on each side. Put the finished pancakes on a plate and garnish with herbs to your liking. Fritters should be served hot.
