Chicken legs with teriyaki sauce
Second courses
- 1 kilogram chicken legs
- 3 garlic cloves
- Thick teriyaki sauce - 5 tbsp.
- Red pepper
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Water - 100 ml
- Salt
Recipe for Chicken Legs with Teriyaki Sauce
Thoroughly wash the chicken thighs, then dry. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl of water. We put the dried thighs in the marinade and mix everything. We leave the chicken to marinate for several hours, so that the meat is better soaked, it is recommended to periodically mix the marinade.
As soon as the necessary time has passed, we shift the chicken legs to a baking sheet, previously covered with foil and greased with olive oil. Add 100 ml of water around the edges of the mold.
Cover the chicken with foil and bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
As soon as 30 minutes have passed, open the foil and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. For 20 minutes, it is recommended to pour the chicken with the resulting sauce, where it will turn out to be more juicy and tasty.
