Second courses
- 800 gr. chicken breast
- 150 gr. spinach
- 500 gr. mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves
- 100 gr. mayonnaise
- 1/5 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1 head of onion
- 20 ml refined sunflower oil
- 100 gr. sour cream
Recipe for chicken breasts with mushrooms and spinach
Thoroughly wash the chicken breasts, dry, make small cuts across. Add pepper, salt and sprinkle meat with nutmeg. Lay chicken breasts on foil.
We wash the spinach from sand and other dirt, after which we do not finely chop it and spread it on chicken breasts. Wrap everything in foil and send it to the oven for 35-40 minutes. The oven must be preheated to 200 degrees.
While the chicken is cooking, cut the onion into cubes and fry it in sunflower oil. Peel and cut the mushrooms and add to the pan with onions. Salt, pepper and continue to cook until tender, closing the pan with a lid.
Cut the garlic and mix it with sour cream and mayonnaise.
Add the resulting garlic sauce to the champignons in the pan and continue to simmer for another couple of minutes.
We take out the finished breasts from the oven, put the mushrooms in the sauce on them, and put them back in the oven for 10 minutes.
