Chicken thighs with vegetables in foil

- chicken thighs, drumsticks - 1 kg;
- bell pepper - 500 g;
- carrots - 300 g;
- onion - 250 g;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- salt, spices, herbs - to taste.
Recipe for chicken thighs with vegetables in foil
You should salt and pepper chicken thighs or drumsticks, in addition to pepper, you can add your favorite spices. You should leave chicken meat in this form for 20-30 minutes. While the meat is marinating, you can cut the onion into half rings, and the garlic cloves into thin slices. Cut carrots into small pieces, and tomatoes into small slices. Cut the bell pepper into strips, having previously cleared it of seeds.
Next, take a sheet of foil and put 1 thigh on it. Thigh, you should sprinkle garlic and onion on top, then carrots, tomato and pepper. Lightly salt the meat with vegetables and wrap in foil. For each thigh, you should take a separate piece of foil.
Put the resulting “pupas” into a baking dish and simmer in the oven over medium heat for about 60 minutes. Thanks to the vegetables, the dish will turn out tender and juicy.
