Ingredients
  • 500 gr. chicken fillet
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1-2 pcs. sweet pepper
  • 1 large or 2 small carrots
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 250 gr. frozen green peas
  • Necessary spices for chicken
  • Salt
  • 250 gr. sour cream (half of sour cream can be replaced with kefir)
Chicken fricassee is a French dish that translates as "all sorts of things", that is, a wide variety of products can be used in this dish.

We wash the chicken fillet and cut into strips.

We clean the onion and chop it with straw. Peel the carrots and cut into half rings.

We clean the sweet pepper from seeds and cut into small strips.

Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop or pass through a garlic press.

We heat the pan with oil and fry peppers, carrots and onions on it for 2-3 minutes, then add green peas to them.

Add sour cream and chopped garlic to the chicken, knead everything well.

Put the chicken fillet in the pan along with sour cream.

Bring the chicken fricassee to a boil, cover the pan with a lid and continue to cook until the chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.
